MVPDT - Multi-View sequences for People Detection and Tracking

about MVPDT dataset

* MVPDT contains two sequences taken in our lab, where there are 4 cameras with overlapping field of view installed in the four corners. The lab has a dimension about 5m*6m. Images have resolution 1024x768 and are stored in jpeg format and the frame rate is 15 fps. Seq1 is about 3 and a half minutes in length, with only one person moving in the room. Seq2 is about 7 minutes, with up to three persons moving in the room. Calibration files and ground-truth files obtained by manual labelling are also provided below.

Multi-view samples of MVPDT

* MVPDT comes with camera calibration files: for every camera, we provide all the information needed to compute the image projection (pixel coordinates) of a 3D point. C++ code implementing this projection is provided.

Room dimensions, ground coordinates, and camera positions

* A ground truth file is provided for each sequence which contains people's ground positions that where manually annotated.
